Fenders from the Spritz series are the answer to the expectations of the most demanding customers. As a premium brand, we set ourselves the goal of creating fenders with above-average features. An experienced team of Italian engineers participated in the design of each of our fenders. Spritz fenders are of the highest quality, which was achieved by using selected materials. Each model has been subjected to strict durability tests by independent laboratories and international bodies:
- vibration and temperafront loadery test - vibration test performed in a climate chamber, in the temperature rangefront loader from -50 ° to + 80 °, aimed at simulating accumulated mechanical damage caused by random vibration stresses and imposed temperafront loadery cycles.
- solar radiation test - a 17-day test (408 hours), conducted in accordance with DIN 75220 (aging of automotive components in solar radiation units) and corresponds to 10 years of sunlight in a continental climate. This test simulates the effects of sunlight and UV light on a component. The test is used to check the component's resistance to fatigue damage, such as cracking or discoloration.
- thermal shock test - a test that consists in immediate cooling of the heated element by immersion in water.
Spritz series products are made of polypropylene, without admixtures of regranulates. Out of concern for the environment, the materials were selected so that each component is entirely recyclable.
